President

Lucas is the current President of Mu Alpha Theta and enjoys doing contest math such as the AMC and AIME. His other hobbies include playing sports and chess..

Vice President

Eric is a senior who joined MAT in 2022. His main interests lie in math and social studies. In his spare time, he enjoys playing chess, tennis, and reading.

Public Relations

Matthew is no prodigy, and is certainly not amongst the brightest members of his beloved Mu Alpha Theta honor society. Yet, math remains to be his passion regardless. Beyond mathematics, Matthew can be found practicing the 'cello or experimenting with novel and innovative machine learning techniques.

This year, Matthew has decided to dedicate himself to Mu Alpha Theta's "Service" mission. As he says himself, he is "Fully dedicated to the mission of democratizing the field of mathematics for all through all means possible to bridge the inequality gap created by paid extracurricular math tutoring."

Treasurer

Diego joined MAT in Grade 10 and has been an active member involved in tutoring, writing review sheets, and more. Apart from his work in MAT, he applies mathematics to his passion projects in biology and also touches grass frequently by involving himself in numerous sport activities.

Secretary

Sophia is really trying her best in multi... She enjoys the final understanding after struggles and hard work and the realization that a certain concept has strong real-life applications. Apart from math, she loves watching TV shows like Supernatural and Criminal Minds. She also likes making friendship bracelets and this world.

I am the independent developer of Scheduler, an app for students at school that helps with their scheduling. My achievements in math include getting a perfect 100% in Calculus BC finals last semester. Additionally, I am an accomplished musician and a soloist for Symphony Orchestra in the upcoming Spring Concert.

James is a core member of the Mu Alpha Theta club, and he enjoys solving intricate math problems that challenge the mind. His other hobbies including playing the piano, badminton, and swimming.

I'm Scarlet and I love math. I also like business, design, event planning, video editing, and running track. My other hobbies include guessing 15 questions on the AMC, going to the gym, and listening to rap music.
